1) Final Sale — No Returns, No Refunds


All products sold by Uniway Computers are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds for any reason.


2) 14-Day Exchange Window (Defects Only)


We offer exchanges only for verified hardware defects reported within 14 days of the delivery date for online orders. This 14-day exchange window is a convenience option for early failures and does not create any right to a refund.

Important:

  • “Defect” means a verifiable hardware failure confirmed by testing/inspection.
  • If the issue cannot be verified (“No Fault Found”), the item will be returned as-is and the exchange may be declined.
  • For shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photos of the outer box, packing materials, and the product.

3) After 14 Days — Warranty / APP Service Still Applies


After the 14-day exchange window, service will be handled under the applicable Standard Warranty and/or Advanced Protection Plan (APP) (if purchased), which may include repair or parts replacement as determined by Uniway Computers.


4) Exchange Conditions


  • You may be asked to provide a valid invoice/receipt.
  • Return the item with all required accessories needed for testing (e.g., power adapter, cables).
  • Items must not show physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification/repair.

5) Physical Damage / Misuse / Modification


Any physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, tampering, missing serial number labels, or unauthorized modification/repair may void warranty/service eligibility and will make the item ineligible for exchange.


6) Replacement Standard


  • When an exchange is approved, we will replace the item with the same model when available.
  • If the same model is not available, we may provide an item of equivalent tier/performance. Brands may differ.

7) Shipping for Online Orders


  • Customer-to-Uniway shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the item to us (packaging, insurance, shipping cost).
  • Uniway-to-customer shipping: If the exchange is approved as a verified defect within 14 days, Uniway Computers will cover standard return shipping within Canada unless otherwise stated in writing.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and shipping insurance. Uniway Computers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.


8) How to Start an Exchange / Service Request


Contact us at support@uniway.ca and include:

  • invoice number
  • product name and serial number (if applicable)
  • description of the issue (photos/videos if applicable)

9) Where to Bring / Send the Product


In-store: You may bring the product to any Uniway Computers store location in Canada for intake.

By mail (online orders): Mail the product to:

10) Special Orders / Deposits (In-Store Purchases)


  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Battery / adapter orders require a minimum $25 non-refundable deposit and we will hold the item for two weeks.
  • After two weeks, the deposit may be used to ship the item back to the supplier.
  • Deposits on hold orders are 50% and will be forfeited if the item is not picked up within 2 weeks of arrival.
