Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through trusted payment gateways to ensure a safe and seamless checkout experience.

What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds.

If a product has a verified hardware defect within 14 days of purchase (confirmed by our testing), we can offer an exchange. After 14 days, service is handled under the applicable Standard Warranty and/or APP (if purchased) and may include repair or parts replacement, but exchanges are not guaranteed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand plans may change! If you need to cancel your order, please let us know the same day you place it. We’ll do our best to stop it before it ships, but once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Once the product has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If the order is returned, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Is there a warranty included with my purchase?

We provide limited standard hardware warranty coverage on all eligible products:

  • Refurbished laptops and desktops include a 90-day (3-month) hardware warranty.
  • Brand new gaming PCs come with a 1-year hardware warranty.

Please note that warranty coverage applies exclusively to hardware-related issues and does not include software, accidental damage, or misuse.

Are refurbished computers tested before sale?

Yes. Every refurbished computer is professionally tested by trained technicians to ensure it is in excellent working condition. Hardware, software, and system performance are carefully checked so you can buy with confidence.

Do refurbished computers have any cosmetic damage?

Most refurbished computers are in great condition. Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small scratches or scuffs, may be present, but they do not affect the device’s performance.

How long does it take you to build the gaming pc?

Our standard build time is 1–4 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare all parts, professionally assemble the system, and perform comprehensive testing to ensure your gaming PC runs flawlessly. Every build undergoes quality checks to guarantee stability, performance, and reliability.

Occasionally, the process may take a little longer if we need to order specific parts to meet your configuration. We always prioritize delivering a high-quality system that’s ready to perform right out of the box.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, shipping is available only within Canada.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates. We strive to process and ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information sent to the email address you provided.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order directly through our tracking page. Simply enter your order number to see real-time updates on your shipment.
